Detailed Itinerary
Day1: Meet and Greet at Entebbe International Airport and Transfer to your Hotel

Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport where your Uganda Adventure Safari starts by our representative who will warmly welcome you and facilitate seamless arrival formalities.  Your will then be transferred to your hotel where you will be briefed about your adventure safari.

Depending on the time of arrival you are advised to have money Changed on this day and time allowing you may go for city tour with the help of our driver/guide, visit the shopping Malls around town and craft villages to get items which you may need while in upcountry

Accommodation: Hotel No.5 Boutique Entebbe (Upmarket) or the Boma Guest House – Boutique (Midmarket)
Meal Plan:  Bed and Breakfast

Day2: Domestic Flight Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

After morning Breakfast, you will meet and greet again with your guide driver who will transfer you to the Airstrip for an onward flight transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park where you will meet another Representative to Transfer you to the Lodge from the Airstrip – Reaching in time for Lunch and afternoon Relaxation as you prepare for the Next Adventure.

Day3: Full Day Guided Game Drives – Crown this day with a guided walking safari

Game drives and walks at to the wilderness are directed by nature not time! Take a game Drive and crown it with a walking safari along a sandy dry river bed fringed with palm trees, climb to the top of a rocky outcrop and take in the views! We move slowly along isolated tracks to fully appreciate all around us, looking for tracks and signs of the animals movements we can stop at any point to investigate further.

We may take a walk to track the lions, or even cheetah, always surrounded by Zebra, Waterbuck, Jackson’s Hartebeest, Warthogs, Patas monkeys and BIG herds of Buffalo.

Day4: Full Day Ik Cultural Experience

Spend the Day with the Ik people in Morungule Mountain.  They are the ethnic group numbering about 10,000 people living in the Morungule Mountain of north eastern Uganda near the border with Kenya.  The Ik were displaced from their land to create the Kidepo Valley National Park and consequently suffered extreme famine due to the raids they suffered from their tribe’s mates.

The Ik are subsistence farmers who grind their own grain and are very remote and very interesting socially, they live in small villages arranged in clusters, which comprise the total community with each village surrounded by an outer wall.

Day5: Private Road Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After a Hot and Delicious Breakfast, we will enjoy a leisure drive leading to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary with a stopover for lunch in a selected restaurant reaching in time for Dinner at The Lodge.

Day6: Morning Rhino Tracking Experience – Transfer to Entebbe International Airport Air Port for your onward Flight Back Home

After your early morning breakfast have an opportunity to trek Rhinos. There were 15 Rhinos which were reintroduced after their extinction in the 1970s through poaching though the number has expanded due to new births.  A local ranger guide will lead you on foot to an up-close encounter with the rhinos and it may take about 1 and half hours. After an early hot Lunch at The Lodge, You will enjoy a leisure Transfer to Entebbe international Airport where you will enjoy your outbound Flight Back Home.
