Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Arusha International Airport – onward domestic flight transfer to Serengeti National Park.

You will arrive in Tanzania through Arusha/Kilimanjaro international Airport where you will get your onward domestic flight transfer to Serengeti National park. Upon arrival, depending on the time and how you feel, you may speak to your lodge manager or your guide if you would like to have a guided game drive or you may relax at the Lodge as you wait for the next adventure.

Day2: Hot Air Balloon Safari – Afternoon Relaxation

The famous Serengeti National Park is a home of the Great Migration. The Hot Air Balloon Safari is spectacular as you fly over the crater highlands, stopping at the rim. Continuing on, spreading out is the vast Serengeti. Serengeti means “endless plains” in Kiswahili and this 6,900 sq. mile (18,000 sq. km) park is inhabited by more than 2 million large animals including more than a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, and Thomson’s gazelles, large predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Many smaller animals like rock hyrax or monkeys also inhabit the area along with nearly 500 species of birds.

Day 3: Morning Guided Game Drive – Afternoon Visit to the Bushmen Village
The home of the Great Migration is ideal for memorable guided game drives through the African open savannah plains where zebras, and Thomson’s gazelles, large predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are alive! Many smaller animals like rock hyrax or monkeys also inhabit the area along with nearly 500 species of birds which we will come across before visiting the Bushmen village for a unique cultural encounter where we will learn hunting tricks, use of herbs and many more.
