Day3: Morning Guided walking Safari – Relax for the Night game drive

Day4: Morning guided Horse Ride Safari – Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for outbound Flight Back Home with a stopover at the Royal Drum factory

Detailed Itinerary

Day1: Meet and Greet at Entebbe international Airport or Hotel and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, stopover at the Equator

Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport or Hotel where your Uganda Adventure Safari starts by our representative who will warmly welcome you and facilitate seamless arrival formalities.

Depending on the time of arrival you are advised to have money Changed on this day and time allowing you may go for city tour with the help of our driver/guide, visit the shopping Malls around town and craft villages to get items which you may need while in upcountry – Proceed to Lake Mburo National Park which is about 242km from Entebbe, you will make a stopover at the Equator for water experience, here you will too have an opportunity to stand in 2 hemispheres at the same time.

Day2: Morning Guided Game Drive to the Kazuma Look out – Afternoon Boat Safari on Lake Mburo

Wake up on a morning breakfast and explore the eastern game hinterland tracks of Lake Mburo on our 4×4 Popup Safari Vehicle where our field experts will marvel with you through the open savannah in search for animals and Birds. Follow the Lake side track to only enjoy a panoramic View of Lake Mburo National Park and other seven lakes in the area that will be sighted better on the climb to Kazuma Lookout which lies steep at the top of the National Park.

In Afternoon, enjoy a memorable Boat Trips starting from the Jetty at the Lakeside Campsite to the Eastern Part of Lake Mburo Shores. Watch out for crocs and Hippopotamus during this two hours Voyage. Birds like Pelicans, Heron and fish eagle can easily be seen with a thin chance to come across the fin foot and shoebill sightings.

Day3: Morning Guided walking Safari – Relax for the Night game drive

After Breakfast, have a safari walk under the escort of an armed ranger to the hyena den is another remarkable activity. Here the Kopjes are particularly interesting with the camouflage kilspringers and topis. Due to cattle herding in the area it is amusing to see zebra grazing alongside the long horned Ankole cattle peaceably.  It is exciting to approach wildlife at such close range.

In the night get set for a rewarding night Game Drive where you will have a chance to see nocturnal such as the Bushbabys, Pottos and on rare chances a Leopard.

Day4: Morning guided Horse Ride Safari – Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for outbound Flight Back Home with a stopover at the Royal Drum factory

In the Morning, we will explore the Eastern diverse part of the Park on a guided Horse ride which is operated by the lodge and later we will Return at a full breakfast and transfer to Entebbe with a stopover at the Mpigi Royal Drum Makers where you will be able to watch the ceremonial drums being crafted using methods passed down through the generations arriving in the afternoon.
