Safari Overview:

The 3 Day – Wanderlust Ngorongoro Crater Safari starts and ends in Arusha/Kilimanjaro international Airport, here we will either have round flight transfers or we can employ road trips through verdant countryside while observing the splendour of the areas we come across.  The crater has a river, several swamps, Soda Lake with a great concentration of flamingos, a forest and open plains. It’s also famous for its elephants which, are the largest in the world and have huge tusks. Ngoro Ngoro Crater is truly a Wonder of the Natural World.

Day 1: Arrive in Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport – Have a Road or flight transfer to Ngorongoro Crater.
Day 2: Spend the Day in the Crater rim with picnic Lunch
Day 3: Have a Game Drive enroute, we can either have a flight transfer or Road Transfer

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport – Have a Road or flight transfer to Ngorongoro Crater.
Meet and greet at Arusha/Kilimanjaro International Airport where your Wanderlust Safari starts by our representative who will warmly welcome you and facilitate seamless arrival formalities.  You will then proceed to the crater either by domestic flight or by road, thus your arrival should be in morning hours for a comfortable transfer.

Day 2: Spend the Day in the Crater rim with picnic Lunch

When you arise this morning, we suggest a guided morning game drive for you (when the animals are more active) where you will see one of the best sunrises you’ll ever witness. After the game drive, we return to the camp for a rewarding brunch and then we’ll proceed to Ngoro Ngoro, the 8th wonder of the Natural World. The crater spreads for 102 sq. miles and has 2.000 ft. high walls, making it virtually a Noah’s ark and inhabiting almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa. It’s one of the very rare locations in the whole continent where you can witness the black Rhino.
