Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Meet and greet with our company Representative – Transfer to your Hotel
Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport where your Uganda Adventure Safari starts by our representative who will warmly welcome you and facilitate seamless arrival formalities. You will then be transferred to your hotel where you will be briefed about your adventure safari.
Depending on the time of arrival you are advised to have money Changed on this day and time allowing you may go for city tour with the help of our driver/guide.

Day 2: Wake up at leisure, together with your helper pack up your bags – Afternoon Flight transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park
Today you will arise at leisure and let your helper help you to pack up your bags, you will transfer to the Airstrip and by noon, you will have a flight transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park – This is Uganda’s most remote wilderness and with its uniqueness, it provides our guests with a real sense of Africa as it should be.

You will meet and greet with our representative who will transfer you to the Lodge and later enjoy the whole afternoon at the pool, bar or spend your day preparing your mind for new adventures.

Day 3: Relax at the lodge as you cool off from the long Journeys
On this Day, we know how much you still need to rest knowing how far you have travelled to reach Uganda while seated in one position, we recommend that you slowly role your wheel chair as therapy to cool off from the long journey, you will take your time to wake up and keep time for your meals in the restaurant, yet you may speak to the lodge manager about so many activities you may want to engage in and that is if you wish to. Day 4: Have a Bush Breakfast and Explore the Wilderness – Afternoon Relaxation
Arise early Morning and take a game drive in the morning along the Palm tree lined Kidepo river to see the lions, cheetah, always surrounded by Zebra, Waterbuck, Jackson’s Hartebeest, Warthogs, Patas monkeys and big herds of Buffalo. Afterwards, relax in your outdoor bathtub under the warm sunshine or take a dip in the big rock swimming pool overlooking the savannah and a waterhole frequently visited by animals before having dinner at the main building. Day 5: Morning Relaxation at The Lodge – Visit the Karamojong Manayattas for a Cultural encounter

Day 6: Morning Flight Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park – Afternoon Relaxation
Arise and have morning breakfast, once more your helper will be actively packing your bags and preparing your wheelchair, you will transfer to the main restaurant for Breakfast and later our representative will take you to the Airstrip for a flight transfer to Murchison Falls National Park, Our representative will transfer you to the Lodge where you will relax whole Afternoon as you prepare for the next adventure. Day 7: Morning Balloon Safari – Afternoon Relaxation
Arise early in the morning and proceed to the starting point of your balloon safari at the Paraa. This early drive in the dark is a chance to see nocturnal animals that live in and around the park. You will meet your pilot and be given a safety briefing and instructions for boarding the balloon as well as landing procedures. The flight gives you great photo opportunities that are different from an ordinary safari on the ground. As you gently drift over the park, you can watch the sun rise as savannah below come to life with birds and animals. After landing, celebrate the flight with a glass of sparkling wine. After the toast, passengers sit down to a delectable bush breakfast prepared by Paraa Safari Lodge. The bush breakfast makes for a memorable ending to your ballooning adventure in Murchison Falls NP. Day 8: Relax in the Morning - Afternoon Private Boat Safari to the Bottom of the fall.
Relax in the Morning and at 2:00pm we will go for a boat cruise upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls stopping just few of meters from the ‘Devil’s Cauldron’, marvel at the schools of hippos, crocodiles and over the 17km stretch you may see elephant, waterbuck and Uganda Kob. This is also the zone of many birds, species like goliath heron, Egyptian goose, pelican bee-eater, kingfisher, hornbill, cormorant and the rare shoebill stork. Overnight: Bakers Lodge

Day 9: Morning Flight Transfer to Kibale National Park
After morning breakfast, We will transfer to the Airstrip where we will have another flight transfer to Kibale National Park, here we will meet and greet with our company representative who will transfer you to the lodge, spend the day with great views of craters, valleys and tea estates. Day 10: Spend the day relaxing at the Lodge, enjoy the thrilling features brought due to volcanic activities
Today is our day and we choose how we will spend it! We can still stay at the lodge relaxing because we really need this in order to prepare for the next adventure but if you feel fit then why not engage in some optional activities? You may need to speak to your guide or manager at the lodge about it. There is so much to enjoy and experience while at the lodge and we cannot limit our minds, we need to just say we can do this and it’s all possible! Overnight: Kyaninga Lodge

Day 11: Morning Chimpanzee Trekking (Guests can come along with Joelettes or they will use sedan seat stretchers and porters, provided by Uganda Wildlife Authority)
After breakfast at your lodge, with the help of your helper, you will transfer to the starting point of your Chimpanzee tracking experience in Kibale Forest National Park which is reputed to have the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in East Africa – here your helper will assemble your Joelettes or you will be allocated a sedan seat stretcher with porters by Uganda Wildlife Authority.
The most famous of its 13 species is the Chimpanzee, man’s closest relative. Kibale’s 1450 Chimpanzee represent Uganda’s largest population of this endangered primate. Kibale is also a home to the rare I’Hoest’s monkey. Other primates include the black and white Colobus, Blue monkey, Grey cheeked mangabey, Red tailed monkey, Olive baboon to mention but a few.
We enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild chimpanzees, red-tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys and many others. Although chimp sightings are not guaranteed, visitors stand a good chance of hearing and seeing our distant cousins as they gloom and bond with one another.

Day 12: Morning Flight Transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park/Bwindi impenetrable National Park
In the Morning we will again Transfer to the Airstrip for our flight transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park/Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a home to half of the World’s remaining Gorilla Population. You will reach in time for lunch and you may either relax at the lodge or along your helper, you may stretch around the lodge to know your environment better. Day 13: Relax the whole day at the Lodge
Wake up at leisure and spend your day at the lodge, you may interact with the staff around for stories that surround the Area. Your guide will be around and if you need to speak to him about anything. Overnight: Mount Gahinga Lodge

Day 14: Gorilla Tracking Experience (Guests can come along with Joelettes or they will use sedan seat stretchers and porters, provided by Uganda Wildlife Authority)
After an early breakfast, we depart with our helpers to the starting point for briefing about your gorilla trekking adventure after which you will be led by experienced gorilla trackers on the slopes of the volcanoes. With the help of our Joelettes or sedan seat stretchers and porters provided by Uganda Wildlife Authority. We start our journey from the site where the gorillas were encountered the day before and from here the gorilla tracking begins.

Although the hike can be physically demanding, the anticipation of the exciting experience ahead is amazing, and the beauty of the gorilla forest and its inhabitants are fascinating. One of Africa’s major highlights is when you encounter these gentle apes. It is a humbling experience to stand just meters from man’s distant cousins as they eat rest, play and bond with their young ones. Follow the mountain gorillas as they range freely in the impenetrable forest, and discover their gorgeous natural habitual and the many species they share it with. You are allowed an hour with the gorillas before finally sloping down back to your lodge.

Day 15: Private Road Transfer to Ishasha Sector – Home of the Tree Climbing Lions for a Sun downer guided game drive
Travelling the country side on the road trips is one way of knowing the beauty of our country, we head to Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park – home of the tree climbing lions. We pass through the kigezi highlands commonly known as the Switzerland of Africa Area through winding roads to the open savannah plains of Ishasha. Depending on how we feel today, we may engage in a guided sundowner game drive or spend your afternoon at the Lodge. Overnight: Ishasha Wilderness Camp

Day 16: Relax whole day at the Camp – you can speak to your guide if you would like to engage in any activity and he will advise.
We will wake up at leisure today and if we would like, then we can have a morning guided game drive with Bush breakfast prepared by the Lodge or we may relax whole morning and have a sundowner game drive. Knowing that it is your holiday, you will speak to your guide about how you need your day to run and everything will be well arranged. Overnight: Ishasha Wilderness Camp

Day17: Private Road transfer to Lake Mburo National Park – Relax the Whole afternoon
After breakfast, we transfer to L. Mburo National Park, the smallest National Park of Uganda. Though being small, it has a lot offer!! Centered on a series of swamp-fringed lakes its birdlife is very rich. The green acacia woodland harbors wildlife like Zebra, warthog, Eland, Impala, not to mention the lake itself, which is home to schools of hippos and crocodiles! Furthermore, Uganda Wildlife Authority recently brought 15 giraffes from Murchison falls to Lake Mburo which have now multiplied. Overnight: Mihingo Lodge

Day 18: Morning Guided Game Drive through the Park – sundowner Boat cruise on Lake Mburo
After breakfast have a safari game drive. The Kopjes are particularly interesting with the camouflage kilspringers and topis. Due to cattle herding in the area it is amusing to see zebra grazing alongside the long horned Ankole cattle peaceably. It is exciting to approach wildlife at such close range. You will lead to The Kazuma Look out, a Higher point in Lake Mburo where you will stand to view the surrounding communities, Hills, Lake Mburo and the dappled savannah of the Park the is a home to quiet a good number of mammals and birds, You will visit the Hyenas Den.
Later in the afternoon at 16:00 enjoy a sundowner boat ride on Lake Mburo and get quite close to the croc and hippos. As you return to your Lodge, you may have an evening game drive as you return to your lodge.

Day 19: Domestic Flight transfer to Entebbe – Transfer to your Hotel for a Day room, Visit the craft shops and also meet our company representative to share your Memories and remarks before your late evening flight back home or to the next Destination.

Today, we come to the end of our unforgettable Bush Journey with a flight transfer to Entebbe international Airport in the Morning. We will book for you a day room where you will spend time resting and changing, here you may decide to visit one of the orphanage schools and homes to make your donations or you may have souvenir shopping and before your flight, you will meet with our company representative to share your remarks of the trip – Have a late evening flight back home or to the next Destination.
